The intangible services and/or products offered by the OWNER that are priced within the WEBSITE will always be at the USER's choice and may be accumulated within the same account until the USER decides to use them; the USER must plan the acquisition of the service for as long as they deem necessary, and payment must be made only through the payment methods established within the WEBSITE. Once the requested services and/or products have been credited to the USER's account, they will be unable to request a cash refund for them. The USER will be automatically subscribed and at no additional cost to notifications of offers and promotions via email, and may request at any time the revocation of such subscription. The USER may at any time transfer the account as well as the available services they have contracted to another email account.

X. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer support is understood as the information and/or resolution provided by the WEBSITE auditor to the USER upon request through the communication channels offered within the WEBSITE and within the established hours for this purpose. Support will be provided exclusively by authorized personnel, who are empowered to provide information or resolve conflicts and/or needs of the USER through the use of forms and/or alternative means that facilitate communication, and will also have the authority to make the necessary modifications to the account. Customer support will be provided exclusively for the following cases: a) Requests for information: 1.- Any information regarding the costs of the services and/or content offered through the WEBSITE, as well as advice for their contracting and use. 2.- Any information regarding transaction history and available balances and/or active services maintained by the USER in their account. 3.- Any information about current discounts and/or promotions, as well as the current rates of the services offered on the WEBSITE. b) Requests for technical support: 1.- Modification and/or updating of contact details in the registered account, such as email, phone, and/or address of the USER. 2.- In the event that the USER has revoked their subscription to offer and promotion notifications via email, their re-subscription. 3.- Total or partial recovery of contracted services. 4.- Crediting of services and/or content to the USER's account. 5.- Cancellation of any service and/or content contracted by the USER. 6.- Refund in Mexican Pesos of any balance in favor that the USER may have as well as modifications to the contracted products and/or services at the USER's request, always adhering to the provisions in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

XI. RECOVERY OF CONTRACTED SERVICES

The recovery of contracted services will aim to restore all or part of the information and documents that have been the result of the use of the products and/or services acquired within the WEBSITE; such services will be returned for subsequent reuse without incurring any additional cost to the USER. Once the recovery of a service is effective, the user will be unable to request a refund or transfer of the involved services and/or products.

XII. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The service will be terminated when the USER is in any of the following situations: a) For free accounts that do not record at least one service resulting from an economic transaction, when there is a period of inactivity of 30 days from their last login. b) When any anomaly caused by the USER is detected with the intention of making a claim and/or request for a refund through any method that improperly alters their accounting records and/or when there is detection of form modifications, use of third-party tools, or direct attacks that cause any harm to the system's integrity or its database. c) The USER requests the deletion of their account through customer support. The USER will be notified via email if they commit an infraction that does not warrant immediate sanction; otherwise, notification of account cancellation will be made, in which case all services that the USER has acquired and/or accumulated in the account will be lost. In case of service termination, the USER's account will be deleted, as well as all personalized information and settings they maintain on it. If the USER has any balance in favor, they may determine the actions on these remaining funds at their convenience. The USER may at any time re-register on the WEBSITE by creating a new account.
